Position on the subject: I am a proponent of egalitarian wage structures, and believe that disparities should be solely based on costs (e.g. of education, health care, other costs necessary to perform a given job). As a proponent of the Labor Theory of Value, I believe labor is the standard of value, not a commodity (in capitalism, the value of labor is contingent to supply and demand for that labor, which are constrained by relative power). I follow Proudhon on man's right to an equal part of society's production.
